We donate USD 5 (AED 18.35) on every garment sold towards helping the people and organizations who are fighting the good fight to help keep them on their paths of saving our planet and keeping the resources we use in our daily lives and industry, sustainable. We believe sustainability to be a journey and not a destination and to that end, we are delighted in the prospect that through your purchase of PepLine, your journey merges with ours.
There’s a lot of talk of how cutting edge the fashion industry is, with little to no mention of how the people who help bring these pieces to life are taken care of.
Without providing a healthy and respectful environment to work in, none of what we do would make sense. Our goals of protecting the environment include the environment in which PepLine is born. Our skilled workforce is paid living wages with access to free medical care, old age benefits, quality meals and work in buildings that are structurally sound and complaint with all health and safety measures to ensure that they have nothing to worry about.
Our energy footprint is a part of our renewable stance with over 40% of our needs being met through solar power. From the conceptual stage, it was always very clear to us that we are never going to be fast fashion with mass production, this approach would negate all aspects of our ideology of becoming a brand that genuinely cares.
