Refund

UAE

We have a 14-day free return policy, which means that within 14 days of receiving your goods you can request a free return. Your original delivery charges will only be refunded if your order was faulty or incorrect or if you cancelled the order before it was processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we inspect the product, we will issue the return within 48 hours of receiving it. It might take 5 to 7 working days for the payment to credit in your account, this is dependent on the banks. 

If your original payment was through Cash on Delivery, we can only provide you a shopping voucher of the equivalent amount. Items bought on these shopping vouchers would not be eligible for return.

Please mention your order number, description of the goods you would like to return, the code of the items you would like to return and the reason for returning. This helps us improve our services. 

Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions regarding how and where you should send your package.

Sale

For Sale Items we only offer exchanges in UAE. Only 1 Exchange is possible. Other than that, we can offer a store shopping voucher. Items bought on these shopping vouchers would not be eligible for returns.

For 80% Sale offer we only offer exchanges, with a delivery fee of 15AED.

 

International

For Sale items we only offer exchanges in the form of a store shopping voucher. Items bought on this can not be returned.

For 80% Sale items we do not offer any returns or exchanges.

Exchanges

We only offer size exchanges  for orders from UAE. Besides UAE, we do not offer any exchanges. If you would like a different product,  please initiate a return, send us the product back and we will issue a refund. You can then place a new order. 

Order Cancellation

You can only cancel your order before it has been processed, that is, the product has not left our warehouse. Once the product is on its way, you can not cancel your order. Please note that if your order contains multiple items and you want to cancel it, we will have to cancel the entire order and you can re-order the goods which you required from that order. It is not possible for us to selectively cancel a few items from a single order.
